Movie Review; Vampires vs. The Bronx

Cast Coco Jones, Method Man, Chris Reed, Jarden Micheal, The Kid Mero, Gregory Diaz IV, Zoe Saldana, Sarah Gardon. Vampires vs. The Bronx is about a group of kids trying to save their neighbourhood with amateurish vampire techniques—which come in handy. How do kids always have this confidence to face the evil that's new to them? If I as much as see a rat, I'm getting the hell out of that place—but not these kids. They uncover conspiracies and charge head-on. Impressive. They might not be able to stand up to school bullies, but they have what it takes to stand up to vampires and clowns.  The movie had a regular dose of finding one's strength in friendship and solidarity. And the usual community-never-believing-the-kids until the worse has happened or is close. Please, you must not divulge information to everyone. Don't take the bait and talk about how you're alone searching for a purpose or have no family around who'll miss you. That's how people

Movie Review; Hubie Halloween

Cast Adam Sandler, Noah Schnapp, Paris Berelc, Julie Bowen, Shaquille O'neal, Ben Stiller, Lance Lim, Karan Brar. Halloween is unarguably the scariest holiday on the calendar. Every October 31st, children and adults, alike, dress up in horrifying costumes and makeup, go trick and treating, and devour candy. Some litter with toilet paper and throw rotten eggs. Overall, it's creepy fun and makes a good watch—which is why Sandler targeted Hubie Halloween for Halloween. Enough of the talk, down to the movie. Adam Sandler is a funny guy. Honest. He doesn't even have to try, he just is. With his ability to speak in concocted mannerism and take on any role, it's impressive the comedy legacy he has made for himself. So when I saw him in Hubie Halloween , I knew I was going to watch.  Hubie Halloween is a holiday comedy horror movie (if there's any genre like that) about a town that's taught a lesson on humility and bullying. Not what you expected to hear,

Movie Review: Holidate

Cast Emma Roberts, Luke Bracey, Jessica Capshaw, Manish Dayal, King Bach, Kristin Chenoweth. Christmas holiday is around the corner, and by around the corner, I mean four to five weeks away. Nevertheless, people around the world have taken to Christmas shopping; getting trees, decorations and date; not a date, calendar. A date, person. Yeah, a date. The Netflix movie, holidate , is a romantic holiday movie about- love.  Spoilers or no spoilers? Let's try no spoilers. The movie stars a man (Luke) and a woman (Emma), traditionally, searching for a non-committal relationship. (Very original). The woman's mother and relatives shun her at every single holiday she spends with them. Talk about a supportive family. No one shuns the guy, but boy does he want out of anything serious. He totally wants a pass on the whole love and mushy feelings and simply wants company. I guess. Imagine if you could have one person you're not tied to, you don't need to call or send a g
